Who We Are
The purpose of the East Sacramento Community Association (ESCA) is to promote, protect and maintain the unique blend of residential and commercial features of our neighborhood and to improve the quality of life in East Sacramento.
The ESCA is a 501 (c) (4) non-profit organization governed by a board of directors elected by the membership.
The ESCA website is intended to be utilized by the members of the Association as well as by interested residents and businesses in East Sacramento. Membership is available to any individual who resides or owns a business in East Sacramento.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
The ESCA collects personal data from you when you become a member of the ESCA. This personal data includes your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
When you become an ESCA member you are agreeing to the use of your personal contact information in order to receive the ESCA newsletter and occasional informative electronic communications.
ESCA Dues

Comments are not enabled on the ESCA website, therefore no personal data is collected.
The ESCA website utilizes Askimet to prevent spam. Should comments be enabled in the future, Askimet will collect your IP address and browser user agent string to help in spam detection.
