Mark your Calendars! The next ESCA General Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 15 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be in the Alhambra Room at the Clunie Center in McKinley Park.
Please join ESCA and your neighbors to hear from Phil Pluckebaum, District 4 Councilmember-Elect. Phil will talk about his perspectives on City matters. He will take office in December 2024.
We will also hear from Sac Police Captain Stephen Moore, who will speak about law enforcement activities in East Sacramento.
