Welcome to the East Sacramento Community Association (ESCA) – Serving the East Sacramento Community since 1958.

The ESCA is a volunteer-led association composed of your East Sacramento neighbors.

Tricia Stevens

President
Tricia has lived in East Sacramento for over 20 years. She retired from the County of Sacramento in 2016 after serving for many years as a Principal Planner.

Paul Noble

Past President
Paul Noble retired from Sacramento State, where he spent 36 years as a Professor of Chemistry and more recently as Associate VP for Academic Affairs (Budget and Planning).

Nick Kufasimes

Vice President
Born and raised in East Sacramento and has never moved outside of the McKinley Park neighborhood. He has over 30 years of mortgage lending experience.

Brian Holloway

Treasurer
Brian is President of Holloway Land Company, a Sacramento land development and entitlement consulting firm.
