Membership

ESCA dues are $15 per year. Three-year and life-time memberships are also available for $40 and $150, respectively.

Who Can Join?

Any person who lives or has a business in East Sacramento may join. One ESCA membership covers all adult residents of your household.

What is the East Sacramento Area?

Our boundaries are: Business 80 to the Union Pacific overcrossing on the west and north. The Union Pacific railroad levee on the northeast and east. Highway 50 on the south.

Choose your membership plan level.

  1. Create an account with ESCA by filling out the membership information form.
  2. Click Register.
  3. Pay your dues either using PayPal or scroll down to pay using a credit/debit card (checking out as a guest).
